This is a good store with a wide variety of products. However, the explanations of the products could be improved. The staff seemed knowledgeable, but the product information provided was unclear or lacking. With some additional product knowledge and better explanations, this store could be even better
And essentiall oil have very uncomfortable bottle for travel
Some good products even if lot of them are not well noted on the App INCI Beauty (because they include a lot of endocrine disruptors). But I Will not give more than 2 stars because each time I come there each time the welcoming is without smile. I though that women who work there do not want to work or do not know to smile

Парфюмът, който си купих, е хубав. Досадната част е грубият обслужващ персонал.
La dependienta mal educada y grosera, al entrar en la tienda fui testigo de cómo trataba a una chica que solicitaba información y claro está que nos fuimos sin comprar nada, no entiendo cómo la empresa contrata a este tipo de gente para atender al público.
Very rude sales woman. Service is bad. She was kicking us out of the shop.

店員の方が違いをいろいろ教えてくれました
За втори път ми се случва да отивам до магазина и в рамките на обявеното работно време да е затворен. Днес минах и един час по-късно с надеждата, че са отворили, но пак беше затворено.
Магазинът е супер, сортиментът е страхотен, само дето за втори път като отивам там по обед магазинът е затворен без видима причина и след 15-минутна разходка отново е отворен.
Според мен е редно или да обявят обедна почивка, за може клиентите да си знаят и да се съобразят, или да осигурят персонал по обед. Не е ок по средата на работното време магазинът да е затворен.
